I'm probably gonna get flamed by this but i think Batman Arkham City is the most overated game of all time.
Its true, it has great atmosphere and feels like Batman, but it doesnt have that Metal gear solid feel of the first one or the graphical details like the plastic strands on the medical ward or the thick glass structures. I feel they overdid it with Riddler puzzles and i think the gameplay is worse than the first game because every room seems to have those heart sensors for the guards. I still think that is a horrible design decision and i dont understand the point of it. Doing stealth kills does not feel rewarding at all in the Arkham games, even though its supposed to be a Batman game. Everything else is good, but the gameplay itself is not appealing to me and makes for one overrated game that is very impressive and cinematic but its a bore and unrewarding to play.
