Nex gen consoles will be strong and probably will produce such graphics...
Despite that..
the PS4, Wii U and Xbox (durango ???) will focus on producing 1080p title at 60 fps... something the ps3 and 360 can't do now... lets see the evolution of this systems in the next years...
we could be surprised what games we will be seeing in 3-4 years after my guesses... but I don't expect such graphics at the launch (look at the wii u titles now...)
give them 1 year minimum ;)
