What would make Xbox LIVE's $60 fee an unquestionable value?

I'm not sure how that answers the question in the OP. We can all agree that the PSN is awesome. What can Microsoft do to make Xbox Live worth $5 a month to you?

As for me, I'm already satisfied.

I agree 100% with this. If I want to burn $40 a year on XBL and believe it worth the value I do not see any problem with it.
