LittleBigPlanet Karting. Probably the most interesting karting game i've played since the original Mario Kart. There's so much variety. Not only do you have racing and battle levels but endless runners, capture the flag, boss battles and a tonne of other mini games. Some of the user created levels i played include Star Fox style space shooters and puzzle games. The tools definatly allow for more possibilities than Modnation Racers.
Kid Icarus would be a close second though.
