The complex games were for the core on the Wii trying to perfect certain genres lke shooters and the other games went back to classic controls where you could use older controls (how many people actually used those though?). The Wii using a peripheral makes games simpler though simplifying thing to just movement. At best Mario Kart, Wii Sports, Wii Fit and their ilk were the ones played the most.

So you're saying games on the Wii were "easier" because of simplify movements? Controls don't make a hard game (they make it frustrating if those controls are bad), hard games come from the skill and challenge the game have, not their controls. Mario Kart would have had the same difficulty if it was played on a 360 controller or the DualShock.

So defensive. There are challenging games on the Wii, but yes I mentioned Mario kart because it was one of the highly bundled titles.

Why defensive? We're just having a debate. Mario Kart being a bundle game doesn't mean anything, it just means is a popular game with high demand.

Or its just bundled.

Or both. I fail to see the mutual exclusivity here.
