It depends on the situation. Like for example on those gold hands, I'll use Mind Charge +  Megidolaon. = one shot kill

Yeah but I still don't get the point of that if it were 2x. Why not just do it twice? It's not like they run away faster if you hit them. And if you critical, there's always a chance that chie will just one shot kill the other with her followup attack.

Aren't they more likely to run with low health?  Could just be happening to me but they seem to run at low health more than anything.
