There are fans and supporters and there are event idiots.
Chelsea and City haven't won championsships for decades,their real fanbase is small.
They are just clubs who grew big in a short time because of other peoples money.you csn buy success but ypu can't buy fans,similar to wolfsburg,hoffenheim or leverkusen.
