The Genesis original prints can go for a $500 on ebay, easy. As one Sega Saturn fan to another, get yourself a Dreamcast. Sega didn't kill off the Saturn early just to launch the Dreamcast. They launched the Dreamcast to save the company from loses Sony caused them. The same thing early death happened to the Dreamcast thanks to Sony once again. I love my Saturn, but I can honestly say the Dreamcast is the cream of the crop. Do yourself a favor and enjoy it's many wonderfull games. |
Growing up as a Nintendo fan, Sega never really interested me. I played some Genesis games at my friends' houses, but that was about it. Saturn and Dreamcast were never on my radar.
I've since bought both, plus a ton of games for each system. But I regret not supporting Sega when I was younger. After playing games like Shining Force, Panzer Dragoon, and SoulCalibur, I realize how much I was missing.
I guess I just wish Sega was still in the hardware business.
