Are my clues getting too difficult? No one took a shot at #28 (and the two before it), but here it is

#28 - Asterix is also a game not many would expect on a top games list. It has been however, great fun to play. It is one of my most played Playstation games, save for two PS1 games that are still to come. The game is in fact, a strategic game. In the vain of the RISK boardgame or the much newer Total War franchise by SEGA, the player is in command of a host of provinces which he must defend and train armies on to conquer other provinces. It is however a highly simplified form of this concept, and no form of economy, the upgrading of provinces or building and training within provinces is present in this game whatsoever. The player is granted a few new units each turn, which must be strategically placed amongst the owned areas of the board, which represents Asterix's homeland; France. Besides the strategic elements, the game contains a few mini-games which are quite fun to play, varying from small platformed like levels or beat 'em up like levels. These levels are played as an Asterix character and are accessed by conquering specific provinces on the board.
#27 - ?
A clone of a famous and extremely basic game made by Nintendo for the Gameboy platform.
