Have the Courts come up with a "Fair" License Payment and have them pay it. MS is willing to pay, but the $4 Bill Google wants is to much. I bet it will end up around 1.5B.

Probably not even close, Motorola will be very lucky to get even half a billion but in my opinion it'll be less than that.

This suite is not just on Xbox, but all products (Phones, Windows, etc) that use the codex.   Its a larger suite in context than the Apple/Sammy one that ended up being right at $1B.

Yea I read that back in June. 

I had added other suites that Moto currently has with everyone into this one.  Wasnt aware they were all separate not only in this country but around the world.  Eesh after reading through that again (and others that linked from that article) I am glad I have nothing to do with Pantent Law or hell any Law.
