That's a lot of detailed rumours there. While these are solidly in the 'rumour' catagory, they seem plausible and even likely for the most part, but even if it's all 100% accurate as of print, it won't necessarily go down that way in the end.
What interests me most is the Ouya support. Certainly not massive but it's definitely there. Will be one to watch but I can't imagine CoD on an open-source easily hacked system. Isn't that just asking for trouble?
