I could dig into census data, but I honestly don't want to. I can tell you that 30% of African-Americans are considered impoverished, and African-Americans comprise about 13% of the population, so about 4% of that 15-20 (it's cyclical, so I don't know what the current number is, though it's going to rise) are black. On the whole, I'd sayabout half are probably non-white.
