Is Black Ops II this gens graphics king?

Just fixing the resolution... BOPS 2 is 720p (it have less horizontal resolution but that not count to be 720p).

PS. For reference the first BOPS was 608p (360) / 544p (PS3)... the Modern Warfare series is 600p.
