Hi,
Out of all the prostates I have examined, i haven't had an erection and ejaculation happened to me before. But i wouldn't be surprise if you do, because sometimes we do prostate massage to get prostatic fluid for analysis if the patient has suspected prostatitis; and that cum juice (prostatic fluid) goes to the microbiology lab for culture.
I am sure your doc won't remember the next time u go in...
