Its very easy, if you have photoshop you simply need a santa hat with no background, psd or even a png format, or your going to have to learn to take the hat from the background, but that is difficult with a santa hat since there is white as a part of it (so selection by color is difficult), then open both of your pictures, copy the hat onto whatever you want, back to the original and start resizing, rotating the hat to fit your picture and angle of the face, etc. You will have several layers, the hat should be ontop, then save as a common jpg and boom, easy.
