I dunno if it's supposed to work in the US but uplay didn't stop me and if the key weren't legit I'd think ubisoft would know.

It's pretty fun, the main character and his friends are all douche bags though.

Is that website legit? How can they price it so low?

I don't know, all I know is it worked for me.  I was skeptical but it seems legit, I also went to their facebook page and they are very good at resonding to all questions.
