with that said, i don't think psabr will be a major "flop" like some other games for any console but after all that hype in any forums it still shows that internet world is really different to the whole gaming world. if you would only count the internet hype it should have had one of the biggest launch ever but nobody should have expected this and i think nobody did.

i remember it feeling like it took soooooo long for games like Heavenly Sword and Folklore to hit $19.99. GOW3 hit $39.99 like only 8 months after being released. idk what the rule is when it comes to dropping prices on games in this industry
I remember i complained about it at Gamestop lol with Folklore and Mario Galaxy lol "yo these games came out like 2-3 years ago and they still have not hit $20 yet?"

don't know about these games, i just know that the uncharted games, gran turismo and some other were super cheap after very short time and those are even games which sold good without reduction so i don't really think it's a good way just to sell more units.
and there is one to consider, with only one third of the price, the costs of shipping and the disc and the package stay the same so the revenue the developer get's is much lower as one third with one third of the price at retail.
but to know what will happen with psabr we have to wait half an year or so.

"super cheap"?? The Uncharted games didnt get that cheap that quick though. it also took Uncharted Drakes Fortune a while to reach $19.99 aswell. i cant remember uncharted 2 though
dont all companies cut their prices the same though? some get cut early while others get cut later on?
