Silent Hil; HD Collection on Games on Demand??? Really Konami?

So Konami has basically said they won't fix the problems on the 360 version, while fixing the PS3 version due to "issues".

And they release the games on Games on Demand anyways?

They should patch the game now. That's pretty arrogant of Konami and hope no one is going to buy it digitally anytime soon.
