Is this for real?

Those specs are awful. Now I know why nintendo did not want to reveal them, too bad for nintendo that some decent people spend their time to inform us about the hardware.

That wraps it for wuu third party games, it won't be getting anything when the next gen consoles hit the market.

The Wii U CPU has a lower clock speed as the Xbox360 but it can execute more operations in a cycle, it has more cache and a very fast connection to GPU and eDRAM. In serious tech threads the experts estimate that the CPU has 1.5x the power of the Xbox360-Xenos with optimized code.

Besides that the CPU is obviously the weakest part of the Wii U. The DSP-Chip is a often overseen part if the Wii U, it does all the audio processing that could easily consume up to 25% of the CPU power on the Xbox360.

Obviously the Wii U is not a hardware monster, but when its shows its full power with the second generation of games next year it will show its advantages above PS3/XBox360 graphically.
