No discrete GPU mentioned, so I'm assuming this works as well as any Ivy Bridge i5 with Intel's integrated graphics. To do anything else would compromise battery life.
Pricing is indeed as expected. Add $100 for keyboard and you have what is, in almost all attributes, an ultrabook.
