it is indeed a very good level spec's for a Phone, as a matter of fact:
Nokia’s Lumia 920 runs on Qualcomm’s MSM8960 Snapdragon chipset which consists of a 1.5GHz dual-core CPU and Adreno 225 GPU – which is a very capable combination.
TO PUT THIS IN PERSPECTIVE:
The Adreno 225 GPU in Snapdragon S4 SoCs adds support for DirectX 9/Shader Model 3.0 !
In fact Sony already has Xperia's using the exact same chipset as the 920
