No, I was using amazon reviews to say that the people who already have the game thought it was great, and thus it would get a good word of mouth and thus hopefully legs.

Yeah I'm sure that is what you meant. That is why you brought up things to make your opinion sound better right? That is why you brought Halo in it as well because it's not like people havent been saying it's the best halo or anything. No, Pezus you are right in every way. Amazon is a clear indication on what the best games are. In the mean time comparing a game that sells 120k in the first week to a game that sells 3m+ in a day is a little foolish if you ask me but ok.

Yes your arguments has been childish and I'll say that again. Don't bring up something up and then later say oh no. Amazon reviews show nothing about how good a game is. If that was the case then the best games would be drastically different listening to users hype up there purchases to justfy their order. Why do you think critics get paid? Wy do you think so many people agree with the best games of the year? Because theyre damn good games. This game does not have that. LBP was a 90+ on the metacritic and you bring that up. InFamous is an 85 and was in the high 80's for a long time so yes these games will generally do better. You don't mention the install bases at the time either. LBP and InFamous both came out when PS3 had a much smaller install base.
