I don't know how much the game cost to make and maybe a few hundred grand in sales is enough to make money. But the game was really a waste of time. It's impossible to deny the concept was a blatent copy of Super Smash Bros, and an attmempt by Sony to raise the profile of it's first party characters. I hate clones, always have. LBP Karting might also be a clone of something... Sony should stay clear of clones and make games they do well.
