Try pulling your video card out and put it back in.
Mine once moved out slightly when i moved my case and I had that error.
Alternatively try a regular VGA cable as it may have defaulted to that so need to switch back to HDMI.
On one rig that I had when I upgraded video cards I would also get that message until it actually loaded up into windows then my monitor would come on lol. No idea why, could never work it out.
I would also try another monitor, and another PC on that monitor to eliminate any video card or monitor issues.
