I can't believe that nobody has said it yet but
Elite, Elite, Elite and a bit more Elite
Also Diablo, Eternal Darkness and a sequel to Odd World: Strangers Wrath would be very nice
Now I come to think of it I'd love Rare to create modern versions of Nightlore, Gun Fright and Attick Attack, oh and Snake Rattle 'n Roll
Paradroid and Quazatron would be great as well
And Rockstar bringing back Body Harvest would be fantastic
