There are too many, so I know I'm about to forget a ton, but here is a taste of my personal most wanted off the top of my head:
Tales of Xillia (#1 most wanted, no doubt), Etrian Odyssey IV, Fire Emblem: Awakening, Ni No Kuni, Bioshock Infinite, Gears of War: Judgment, Watch Dogs etc.
There are also some that aren't announced to come here that I hope do next year:
Tales of Xillia 2 (probably 2014, but I'm going to show my support now), Tales of Hearts R, Tales of Innocence R, Shin Megami Tensei IV,Devil Summoner: Soul Hackers etc.
Now to prepare myself for the inevitable "Doh! I forgot to list [insert anticipated game here]!"
