But they can't put Android on vita, it would open a giant door to piracy and it would also means less profit since for exmaple people would buy Angry Birds for 0.99$ from the Android Store instead of 3$ from the PSN Store. Battery life would be even lower if they make it a smarphone and with a phone design they would probably put analog nubs.

Not so simple.

The simple reference was somewhat of a joke.  I imagine it's a lot more complex than even you made it out to be.

Wihtout knowing what the OS of the Vita is, it's difficult to say how difficult it would be.  If the OS is based on a Linux kernel, then it's entirely possible it wouldn't be so impossible. 

The biggest challenge is the CPU and GPU, not the OS.  There are emulators for PSP games on Android, so I'm sure Sony would be able to create one if they based the OS on Android.  Depending on the root OS, which my guess is Linux-based, it would be possible for Sony to customize Android in such a way that it was code compatible.  If the OS is truly proprietary and not code compatible with a Linux variant, it may require a bit more work but I would imagine Sony could create stubs for PSV games to make them code compatible.  Therefore, instead of running the game directly from the PSV card, it would launch from a stub downloaded and stored on the 32GB of storage.  The stub actually is a recompiled game .exe that uses all the assets on the PSV card as well as any code compatible game files.

I don't quite get why Android couldn't be made to be secure, preventing piracy.  The way to prevent piracy is the prevent users from being able to get under the UI to the guts of the OS.  If Microsoft is capable of releasing publiclly an SDK for their phone OS which includes an OS emulator, as well as offering games for the OS, then I'm sure Sony can. 

Just because it's based on an Open Source kernal doesn't make Android less secure.   I'm sure Google would be willing to allow Sony to make alterations to the OS to make it more secure and prevent piracy if the means don't already exist.  It's certainly easier to start with a competent OS than to try to grow one from the ground up.   CP/M begot MS-DOS, which begot Windows 9x.  Likewise, CP/M begot DR-DOS, which begot Novell NetWare.   DEC VMS begot Windows NT, Unix begot Linux, which begot Android, BSD begot NeXTSTEP, which begot OS X.   There were a host of Unix variants, such as IBM AIX.  

Oh dear, people would have to charge their device more often OR Sony could make a larger battery or more efficient device.  Seriously?  Battery life?  Do you ever read battery news?  By the time they released the thing, newer more efficient batteries would be available.  Just wait, you'll hear about them.  A Lithium battery the same size as before will offer 10 times the battery life with the same size and number of cells.  All because they have air holes in them.  Yes, 10 times.  No joke.  In case your math is bad, that would be between 30 and 90 hours, depending on what you're doing.  Is that enough time for you?  Ok.

As for price, users will have to decide if they want all the features a PSV game offers versus an Android game if both are available.  Maybe force developers to include things like Trophies so the games have more value?  I don't know, I'm just shooting from the hip. 

So lets go through your checklist of things that make this impossible and the ones I've solved problems for:

Game compatibility:  Check
Piracy:  Check
Battery Life:  Check +
Game Price v. Value:  Check

You haven't solve anything, all you wrote is whishful thinking.  Sony will, Sony should, in the future...

Why don't you send Sony a letter and give those guys a clue, I'm sure Sony enginners and doctors have failed but you hold the answer to piracy problems. 

And people paying three times the price of an app just for thropies? oh boy.
