So today my Wii U is arriving with 4 Games - NSMBU, Zombiu, BLOPS2, and Nintendo Land. Does anyone have any more thoughts on Zombie U before I open it? Consensus is that it's a great survival horror game, but if you are looking for an actiony-shooter akin to COD:Zombies, you won't like it.

I am definatly NOT looking for COD zombies, but something closer to RE4 than to REmake. Thanks I had only seen one VGC review so ill give them a look! (I am currently about 1/3 of the way done with the giant download)

It's going to play more like a modern RE1 or RE2 than RE4. Much less actiony or shooter-focused than modern RE. You have to conserve ammo heavily (I avoid using my guns pretty much as much as possible, smashing as many zombies with my cricket bat as I can), and it just focuses a LOT on the whole "survivor" aspect.

 

Total bummer about your system, though.
