Started when I was like 10 years old and I had a PS2. My first game ever was probably Prince of Persia Sands of Time. Then my cousin had bought a PS1 and he had Gran Turismo 1 on it. He also had some weird ass barbie explorer game and at the time it was the hardest thing ever for me lol I still haven't beaten it to this day. I kind of want to go back and play some of the games that I remember as being incredibly difficult, just to see if they're as hard as I remember. I remember my sister and I could never beat the final Bowser fight on Super Mario 64. I can't even remember how long we tried......I have a feeling it would be laughably easy today.

Dude I just did that with prince of persia! I had it on my ps2 and I got so frustrated that I quit playing. Got it on pc like a month ago and I finally beat it. It was a bit challenging but not as hard as I remember lol.

I just got through playing the Devil May Cry collection, and DMC 1/3 were nowhere near as hard as I remembered.....still difficult though. It doesn't help that the DMC series was my introduction to action gaming back then, so I was pretty awful.
