I actually own up to Halo 4 flopping. PS3 fans are making excuses when their games don't meet the hype.

I would hardly consider Halo 4 when it is viewed as the best halo.  But if we are talking about metacritic then yes it was a flop as people expected higher.  

My thoughts exactly. Talking purely from meta perspective
