Maybe YOU are "Sleeping Simulators" when you drive in real life! 
I imagine you all like the dreaded old geezer that drives with his hat on, running at a whopping 30km/h on the fast lane and cursing the other drivers, and staring at the green lights without restarting until they turn red again!
