After reading about WO3 and latest Digital Foundry BLOPS2 face-off, I'm starting to think that, no matter how much they've optimized, WiiU's CPU is just weak, and that no amount of (reasonable) optimization will alleviate that. In both games heavy framerate issues are with lot of characters on screen, and that's something that can't be that easily offloaded to GPU. Well, in theory, some of it can be done, but I'm not sure devs are really prepared to go that far, knowning that NextBox and PS4 will have both powerful CPUs and GPUs.
