| PullusPardus said: the main reason morsi won the election is because of the religious extremists the group known as "Ikhwan El Muslimeen" or Muslim Brotherhood. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Muslim_Brotherhood they went in less educated villages in egypt and told them about how good is to elect the "muslim party" which is headed morsi and other religious extremists , who are like every extremists , rob the people out of their freedom in favor of themselves "in the name of god" the main problem in egypt (and most countries nowadays) is the lack of education, people are very very gullible, and you can tell them anything and they will believe you, since there is barely any education and most of their education is based on false propaganda and false history that is biased toward the muslim religion (even though there are lots of christians too) and egyptian patriotism the uneducated majority beat the educated minority 60 million to 20 million , and those who revolt are the minority, and those who vote are the majority, this has happened over and over and over and over in egypt its a cycle that egyptians are used to by now, and everytime it happens it gets worse and worse. the protestors are not paid, not all of them some are like these, which are given money by the election parties to "promote freedom and vote for (someone)" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2-Ff7NARNDA&feature=share&list=UUJFDr_H9S-lc0rLzN8J4sew these people in the video were given money from the "Muslim party" (i don't remember, if i recorded it , but they were holding banners of morsi too) this is how gullible villagers are (this Shbeen alkhoom not Cairo), and villages are easy targets for these parties, they also pay villagers to drive around with their car and have loud as hell speakers that speaks propaganda stuff like "Vote for morsi blah blah blah blah blah for one egypt, and one god" , exactly like those propagna bots you see in fallout 3 also sadly most of the "protestors" are young people who have no idea why they are doing what they are doing, except that it is "fun to hang out with friends so we can appear on telivison" I've said this a million times that protesting wont solve anything, and it is now showing, and the cycle continues to go full circle. |
Isn't that mostly just democratic pandering? Trying to influence people with the lowest common denominator?
It doesn't sound worse then what i see in my country (Belgium).
