I can't really see MS releasing 2 different consoles, thereby fragmenting their userbase and limiting the number of games they can sell on either console. If anything, they'll just continue supporting the current 360 and turn it into some crazy casual party machine, while at the same time releasing the 720 and fully supporting that with new games of all genres. Not just core ones, 'cos that would severely limit it, too.
