Funny how they call Assassin's Creed on Vita a "Major launch" lmfao. It's a western game releasing on a dying handheld in Japan, it won't do much.

what is really funny is i doubt very much that Sony really expected the PSVita to take off like some seem to think after the What happend to the PSP and than the PSPGo, i doubt Sony really expected stellar performance in the market anyway.

Did they expect better than the PSPGo, sure no doubt about that , did they expect much more than say the PSP's performance this quickly in the market most likely no, And As their smartphones are selling over 8.5 million experia smartphones a sales quarter, this further cements the move toward the Smartphone market which Sony was already doing in the first place, the Playstation suite and buying the entire ericsson company as a whole. you do not invest that much money over 1.4 billion USD and not expect to make it a priority over selling 13 million units  a year in the dedicated Game handheld market for anyone outside of Nintendo, and that is if your lucky.

the fact that Already Xperia smartphones now have PlaystationMobile games that soon wil have trophy support and direct PSN access along with Playstation Plus for smartphone users added also to plus.
