It's hard for me judge the situation in Japan, but the author saying two times that the PS3 ages horrible showed his Sony prejudice. PS3 is ageing the best in its generation. It's closing down the gap to X360, the games scheduled for next year look awesome - it's still flying high!

I'm sure that Vita will sell good in Japan once they release Japan-oriented games. They desperately need Monster Hunter 4G (an upgraded version of what Nintendo will get) and a bunch of jRPGs. Cause Assassins Creed? Seriously? It started moving Vitas in the West (if even just by 20.000 a week) and that's what it was suppose to do. Still, Sony needs 2-3 HUGE games. And the "smaller" ones to finally give us what we want. We need a good FPS, a FIFA with PS3 crossplay (with all the features of the normal game) and a few other games that will form an exciting background behind these few real system sellers. My bet for a major seller would be: God of War, Monster Hunter, Final Fantasy VII: Remake and a second Uncharted game. I also wonder how well would a typical western RPG do, for example a Morrowind Remake? I would get that game :)

Plus, I'm thinking that the next generation of home consoles may prove to be a turning point for Vita. As developers predict, the cost of a game will at least double. Considering a Vita game is cheaper than a PS360 game, some developers may decide to make a Vita game because they won't afford a PS4/Xbox8 game. There were a few good core games on the Wii that went there only because of this.

Wii U is a GCN 2 - I called it months before the release!

My Vita to-buy list: The Walking Dead, Persona 4 Golden, Need for Speed: Most Wanted, TearAway, Ys: Memories of Celceta, Muramasa: The Demon Blade, History: Legends of War, FIFA 13, Final Fantasy HD X, X-2, Worms Revolution Extreme, The Amazing Spiderman, Batman: Arkham Origins Blackgate - too many no-gaemz :/

My consoles: PS2 Slim, PS3 Slim 320 GB, PSV 32 GB, Wii, DSi.
