Also, you're assuming that most developers would even be able to make games too powerful for the PS4. Most developers these days can't even maximize the PS3 and 360. If the PS4 is considerably more powerful than the PS3 (which it most likely will be), then I don't see most developers making games too powerful for the PS4 to handle. They especially wouldn't risk making such powerful games if the Nextbox is the only console to handle them.
