Melee was more fast-paced and it didn't have those totally unbalanced ultimates (though I know you can turn them off but the character's abilities have been balanced so that if they have weaker moves in general their ultimate will be a bit stronger). And I'm just mad they totally blew Sheik in Brawl. And Kirby. |
I couldn't play the N64 version after playing Melee back in the day. N64 version moves at a snail's pace compared to Melee. I wasn't even that huge of a fan of Smash till Melee came out. Sure I played it on the N64 but it never impressed me that much till I had the Melee experience.
