My laptop's 6770m gets about the same amout of FPS, and about 30 - 40 on open fields. The only time it goes into 15 is on Markarth. And that's with my current setup, on Ultra and with Shadowmaps = 4098.

I should've broken that first part up more clearly. I was referring to Barozi's 580. I only have a measly 560 Ti.

My machine is getting on in age (the 560 Ti is the most modern part by 2.5 years) so trying to push the visual limits of Skyrim while maintaining decent performance is a hobby and I'm finding it as much fun as the game itself. XD And I was referring specifically to my overhauled Whiterun with those framerates. Outside of Whiterun I get 30-60 in open fields and a constant 60 indoors.

Ahhh, I was finding that rather odd. I still have to try that improved whiterun to see how taxing it is on my system. I just wished that Skyboost was compatible with the latest Skyrim Versions .
