LOL @ Bold. No way. Where did this number come from?
OT: No, Xbox Live is not dying, but it is falling behind in some areas. Sony started doing Day 1 Digital Downloads for some games, Microsoft hasn't. Nintendo does it for every single game with Wii U. And then there's Playstation Plus. The value there is amazing.

Steve Ballmer and Majornelson.
PS+ has roughly 5 million users and has had no effect on XBL. I know a lot of people has been hyping it up on this site but the majority of people see no need in owning PS+.
Don't arrogantly say things you know nothing about.

I would love for you to give a source, until then I wont' believe you.
I HIGHLY doubt PS+ has 5million users too. Where are you getting this number from?
@bold I can say the same to you. You're the one that seems to be making stuff up.

"Ballmer said that of those 66 million Xbox 360 consoles, there are 40 million users who have signed up for an online Xbox Live account. That's a pretty good connectivity rate.
Of course, in order to do simple things like play online games andstream Netflix videos, users need to pay for a premium Xbox Live Gold membership. Ballmer did not say how many active Gold members there are."
