Sounds like it will be like a normal Xbox 360 in terms of power (or at least close) but with expanded entertainment options.
Honestly a pretty smart move by MS with what they are doing.
I'm hoping that this next gen they have a couple of different tiers for Xbox Live
$20-30 for just online gaming (like TADS12 said)
the normal $60 for what we have now
And a entertainment bundled one for only God knows how much.
