That will be hard to do. I used to lift 4 days a week and ride 20 plus miles on my bike almost every day. I had to eat like a pig to not lose weight. It will be close though.

Yeah do allways Cardio it will help you gaining muscle and reducing fat... 

But i dont recomment Cardio after your leg day, per example if you work your legs wednesday like i did before dont do hard cardio on thursday, it will probably hurt you and overtrain your legs but thats just my opinion.
