In gameplay, driving physics and AI I put Forza 3 over Forza 4 and Horizons too.

Your aloud to disagree aesthetically. But DF have confirmed Horizon > Forza 4 and GT5 technically. Its the best in its class. 

Artistically you can think what you want.

Same way DF said Halo 4 is technically in with a shout at best visuals ever on console.
