I'm not segway'ing at all, I'm discussing a matter of morality, you were talking in very black and white terms on morality. I merely posed an analogous question about whether a government which has the ability to deliver Universal Health Care(America is THE ONLY g8 nation that does not have some form of universal health care) and chooses not to is equally immoral as someone who actively harms through violence, since both result in uneccessary loss of life.
The only teeth strong enough to eat other teeth.
