#43 - Theme Hospital is probably the most humorous video game ever made. The simple graphics still hold up because of the 'comic-book'-like appearance. The objective in this 'simulation' game is to build and run a successful hospital. Sounds serious, but it isn't. In your hallways roam people with the strangest illnesses, looking for the strangest machines to cure them. Besides the wide variety of diseases a patient can have, and thus the most colorful lot of people you'll ever see in a game, your patient perform the most hilarious actions while in your hospital. Get ready to hear a lot of barfing and farting sounds. And then I never even spoke of the comments made by your hospital's receptionist.

A strategy game by a development studio exclusively known for it's excellent RTS games (and particularly one series in general). This game is however not their main claim to fame. Sadly, since 2009, the studio is no more.
