You guys serious? That configuration could be 3 things. 1.) the bandwidth the OP thinks it has, 2.) shit runs in dual channel mode making it 34GB/s, or 3.) shit runs in quad channel mode making it 68GB/s(unlikely, but wouldn't be a bad idea.)
Just knowing how fast a single chip does means absolutely nothing, we need to find out what kind of configuration it's actually running at.
