Its not the whole story but its the gist of it before he revealed to us that MHP3HD for PS3 was actually in development but had to be cancelled because Sony basically gave them the middle-finger.

I don't know, I could have sworn Monster Hunter Portable 3 HD sold some 300k + copies in Japan O.O

And theres nothing to know, a capcom official (svensson) himself said it on the capcom official forums. He admited he was quite frustrated with the turn of events.

No but I mean like "was" in development vs released.  Game technically "was" in development, but a finished product was released.  Same with the Vita Monster Hunter Portable 3, I saw it at the china mall last week (Or two weeks ago).  Or are they talking about a "Western" release?

Obviously talking about a western release/localisation. The game did come out in Japan.
