As I've said and will say again. Sony needs to drop LBP. It was fun, but now they need to part ways. They jumped the gun thinking LBP would be their new Mario, but it didn't work. Sackboy is a souless but cute character. They need a game that is simple yet has depth that the casuals and platforming fans can latch onto. Crash was that last game made under them, but they never kept the IP for themselves.

I disagree... I think they should stick with it. However, I don't think its a 4 game a generation type of thing... I think they should make the IP a launch title and have it massively bundled... and supporting it through the generation and not making a sequel till the next gen rolls out.

I think a stronger title should be bundled. LBP had high sales with its first game, but it dropped off the face of the earth.

LBP is considered a casual title. I believe casuals would prefer the bundle while the gamers would buy the console and the game seprate. Also, stronger titles will stand on their own and the bundle would insure it to become a stronger title.

LBP is a casual title with a deep customization factor that is a draw for core gamers. Casuals dont want that crap. They just want a simple casual title  with a marketable looking character that is fun to play like Mario, Crash or Sonic.
