I think you're conflating some different stories here. Bada is Samsung's OS (one of them, anyway). Nokia's old smartphone OS is Symbian. It's been Osborned to oblivion and hasn't been living up to Nokia's projections, but it's possible that Nokia is currently still selling more Symbian phones than Windows phones.

I did see a recent marketshare report that Bada is selling more units than Windows Phone, though.
