Never seen a muslim outreach program.
Well, in islamic countries, the earning class is taxed 2.5 of their income which is supposed to be distributed to the poor, irrespective of their religion.
That is just one example of islamic welfare for you..
Not that everything they do is right, there are a lot of wrongs. But there are a few things they do right. This is one of them.
